When a sender and recipient have been issued with a “Digital Certificate”, it can be used to encrypt any email, so only they and the recipient can view the correspondence. 

Emails and Documents which have a Digital Certificate attached, easily allow the recipients to see if a document have been tampered with in anyway.

We therefore recommend that these “Digital Certificates” are attached to every letter and email typed, as the “Digital Certificate” guarantees that the letter/email has not been tampered with since being created.
